SAN FRANCISCO - JBR Partners, Inc. is a full-service public relations and community affairs firm established by President and CEO, James A. Bryant, who has over 20 years of experience in the areas of public service, labor relations, and community advocacy. Our firm advises corporate and non-profit clients involved in complex community issues and crisis management. JBR Partners has extensive expertise in providing community outreach services in the City & County of San Francisco.

The Firm has worked with major organizations such as California Public Utilities Commission, San Francisco Public Utilities Commission, California Department of Toxic Substances & Control, Bay Area Air Quality Management District, Pacific Gas & Electric, URS Corporation, and TRC Solutions, Inc. Our signature project is the development of a comprehensive outreach program engaging the community for the dismantlement of the Hunters Point Power Plant.
